Thank you Troop 941!

As part of their Silver Award project, members of Girl Scout Troop 941 researched the problem of homeless animals and presented that information at the library to younger Scouts. We learned about harder-to-adopt animals; the benefits of microchipping; the Petfinder website; and how to make toys for shelter animals. Troop 941 also conducted a donation drive for area shelters, including the Denville Animal Shelter and Liberty Humane Society in Jersey City.

Please click here or on the photo below to see more pictures of Troop 941's hard work and dedication.

Great job, Scouts!

Teen Volunteers!

We are looking for Teen Volunteers to assist us during the summer of 2015. Might one of those volunteers be you? We hope so!

Volunteers must be Denville residents entering grades 7 or higher in the fall of 2015. Volunteers typically devote one or two hours per week, primarily at children's activities.

Interested? More details and a registration form are available by clicking here.

Hats Off to Connor!

Huge thanks to our amazing teen volunteer Connor! As part of the curriculum at Denville's Celebrate the Children school, Connor interned with us for an hour each week during the school year. If your child attended a storytime or craft program this year, Connor probably made the sample project and all the craft pieces.

Thank you for all your hard work, Connor! We will miss you!
