2014 Heroes for Hospice 5K/10K 

 Be a hero!  Register for the Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation’s “Heroes for Hospice” 5K/10K Run on Saturday, May 3.  Both courses will begin in front of the CMH Community Rooms and will conclude with a loop around Dunnegan Park.  The race begins at 8:30 a.m. and will be electronically timed for accuracy.  Medals will be awarded to overall male and female in both races and to first place male and female winners in each age division.  Participants dressed as their favorite superhero is encouraged!

Early bird registration is $25 per person on or before April 18 and includes a t-shirt.  Registration after April 18 is $30 per person and does not include a t-shirt.  Receive a 20% family/group discount if registering four or more - use discount code CMHRACE14 when registering.  On-line registration closes April 30.  Runners/walkers can also register the day of the event.  All registrations are non-refundable.

All ages and levels of physical activity are encouraged to attend.  Walkers, strollers and pets are welcome!

Early event check-in is encouraged on Friday, May 2 from 1 - 4 p.m. outside the CMH Community Rooms.  Participants picking up event packets on race day should be at the Community Rooms between 7:00 -8:00 a.m. for check-in. Cooperation in arriving early for packet pick-up and registration is appreciated.  Restrooms will be available for participants.
