A Perfect Gift!!
Four female goats were given last year to four very needy women. Two were HIV+ mothers whose babies were malnourished and on the verge of starvation.
Two were elderly grandmothers who were the sole support for many grandchildren.
We have recently received word from the Kondanani Community Center (where these goats were given) that the goats are multiplying greatly - many "kids" will be coming into the family in just a short time.
In addition to the goats, income from the chickens is being used to increase the salary of the teachers who are so devoted to the daycare and preschool there. And they have purchased more chickens which will be ready to sell this month.
The latest acquisition has been two pigs. It has been so exciting and encouraging to see how much hope and prosperity can come from the simple gift of goats!
Please take a couple of minutes and watch this video!
