The Session would like to make ourselves available to you regarding any questions or concerns you might have regarding the merger with Holy Trinity. Below you will find a list of session members with contact information for one on one conversations, or fee free to email one of us. You may also write to the session as a whole via email or formal letter to the church and it will be addressed at our next meeting, August 15th. Finally, you can request to address the session in person at our next meeting. You would need to contact the clerk, Jill Littlejohn, so you can be added to the agenda. It is our desire to keep you informed as we begin the merging process, so please, don't hesitate to talk to us.

- What is the target date for our first worship service at the new location? Sunday, September 8, 2013.
- How will the physical move be made? The week of September 3-7 (Tuesday through Saturday) is the target week to move the vast majority of EPCL physical materials over to the new EPCL building. These include the piano and musical instruments, sound system, classroom materials, tables, chairs, etc. Some physical materials may be moved earlier or later within practical need and as the physical space and construction completion. . . click here to read more �
