Vendor Showcase Details
and Registration information.

If you are interested in becoming a vendor at DS2016, the Vendor Showcase registration page is now open at:    

 

Great Hall, Chateau on the Lake

DS2016 will have 41 Vendor booths located in the Vienna and Edinburgh rooms, part of the Great Hall at the Chateau on the Lake.  There will also be a few 6-foot vendor tables located in open areas of the hotel lobby.    And we are pleased to tell everyone that the Vendor Chairman will be Santa Bob Elkin.

 
The Vendor rooms are located at North end of the Great Hall with the General Sessions in the Center of the Hall and Workshops in the South end and  surrounding meeting rooms.  As with all details of the convention, you can see a full layout of the hotel on our web site at:  http://www.discoversanta2016.com/chateau-on-the-lake-maps/ 


 

All  details and costs of the Three day Vendor Showcase are listed on the DS2016 web site.  Single table costs start at just $125.00.  Full booths are $350.  Double Booths are $600.   Corner booths are $100 more.   


 

If you are considering becoming a DS2016 Sponsor, a vendor booth will be included in your Sponsor package, along with other amenities and benefits. More details about Sponsorship can be found on the web site. 


 

A vendor booth can be held with just a 50% deposit.  And once you have made your full payment, you can select your booth from the room layout. 

 

All booths are ten feet wide and eight feet deep.   Booth registration includes two Vendor badges, pipe and drape, small sign, plus one 6 ft table and two chairs.  

 

Single tables will be located in the lobby area and include two Vendor badges a six foot table and a chair. No wall, curtain or drape.  Some table locations may not have electrical service.  

 

All Vendor Registration includes a business card size listing in the convention program for each booth or table,  plus your location on the site map.     Electrical services are additional.


 
General Convention registration, meals meals and paid events are extra, and may be added at your option.

The  Vendor Exhibitor area will be open Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the Convention.   Here is a tentative schedule.   Required Vendor times are in underlined. 

  • Wednesday, July 6        Optional Move-in day 9am to 3pm     This is the arrival day for most attendees.  There will be a Golf Event off-site and a Blood Drive and Car Show, from 9 to 3 at the Chateau Hotel.   The Kringle Family Reunion will be at Grand Village from 3 to 6pm and Regional Parties around the City after 6pm.
  • Thursday, July 7             Optional Move in day.  There will be no activities at the Chateau Hotel.    Parade Morning 7 to 10 am. at Branson Landing.  Free time from 10am. to Noon   Afternoon event, off site, 1 to 5pm.   National Association Events - 6pm to 10pm.  
  • Friday, July 8              Vendor Fair open from 8am to 5pm.        SNO-lympics, Barbecue Lunch and afternoon workshops.     Dixie Stampede Dinner and Show at 6:30pm.
  • Saturday, July 9             Vendor Fair open 8am. to 5pm.      All day workshops at Headquarters Hotel.   Gala Dinner  6 to 10 p.m.
  • Sunday, July 10             Vendor Fair open 8:00 a.m. to 1pm?
    Gospel Worship Service and Closing Session at Headquarters Hotel.  Vendors are being asked to stay open until one hour after the Convention closes.
*Anyone found attending meals , special events or shows, without registration, will be removed from the convention area.  The only function open to the public will be the evening on the Showboat Branson Belle.

CONVENTION REGISTRATION

 

Everyone knows how nice it is to work with Taunya Lay of Branson Ticket & Travel (BT&T).  I am so glad that she is again on board with us for this convention.  I know everyone who worked with her at the original Discover Santa Convention had high praise for her work and how she assisted all of us.   


 
For those who have already registered, and wish to make changes, it's easy to just call Taunya.  She can add extra days to your hotel reservations, make changes to other hotels and add other shows and attractions for your visit.  

 

All reservations and registration must be done through Branson Ticket and Travel (BT&T). To start just go on-line at  www.DS2016.com   If I you have something that cannot be done on line, feel free to call Taunya at (800) 432-4202. But fill-out and submit your registration form first!  It will give her something to work off of

 

Once you have filled out your form, Taunya will work with you on your request.   If you are not sure of what you need, just make some selections to start with.  You can make changes later, there is no obligation, and it will get your registration started.

How many Santas & Mrs. Claus?
Discover Santa Parade Photo
This group photo, taken at the end of the 1st Branson Santa Parade featured almost 300 Santas plus many Mrs. Claus.  Our 2016 Parade will be even larger, perhaps the largest parade of Santas ever presented.
