CSI 2nd Annual Chili Cook Off
Eight different chilis, one location. Chili tasting and socializing. Grab up to three of the best cooks you know and form a team or just come and taste the fruits of their labor. Prizes will be awarded for best chili and best theme. Come help judge and enjoy a beer and some exceptional chili.

Additional Information
- Team registration deadline is May 15, 2014.
- Space will be on a first-come, first-served basis and is limited to 8 teams.
- No team tables will be available on the day of the event.
- Booth decor, team staff, and chili are to be ready by 5:00 PM
- Each team is required to provide 2-3 gallons of chili which can be prepared in advance and reheated.
- There are no rules on chili ingredients.
- CSI will provide a salad bar, cornbread, forks, spoons, napkins and tasting cups.
