Mayor Harp's Valentine to New Haven:
On February 9th at the Omni Hotel, NHB's dancers dazzled a room full of arts and humanities leaders from around New Haven and the country, including: Mayor Toni Harp, Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro, Yale University President, Peter Salovey, Chair of the National Endowment for the Arts, Jane Chu, Chair of the National Endowment for the Humanities, William "Bro" Adams, Connecticut Poet Laureate, Dick Allen, and many others. Photos feature NHB Students Eliza Barker, Gillian Penna, and Talia Vendetto with Mayor Toni Harp and Yale University President Peter Salovey.

CT Classic:
On March 29, 2015, NHB students will participate in the 2015 CT Classic, a classical ballet competition, which provides summer intensive scholarships to deserving students. Please come and support NHB students: Ellen Beyers, Gillian Penna (pictured right), Maura Connell, Devon Spiars, and Sophia Vendetto at the Warner Theater in Torrington, CT.

Nutcracker DVDs are ready and available for pick up at both the 70 Audubon Street, New Haven, and Shoreline locations.

Alumni News
NHB alum, Robert Moore, will be performing in an amazing show March 13-15, 2015. Robert has been busy rehearsing with Amanda Selwyn Dance Theater since October. The company is celebrating its 15 year anniversary. He is thrilled to "get his foot in the door" and hopes some of his friends from NHB can make the performance. NHB Spring Performance 2015
May 8-9 and 15-16, 2015. Co-Op High School Main Stage Theater, 177 College Street, New Haven.
Tickets will go on sale March 6. Seating is open general admission, but limited. Families are strongly encouraged to purchase tickets as soon as possible. Call 203-782-9038 or come into the NHB Audubon Street Office to purchase tickets. Through April 12, 2015 each family may purchase up to three (3) tickets per performance. On April 13, 2015 all remaining tickets will be offered to the public. Once tickets are sold out there will not be additional tickets or seating available.
Ticket Prices: Adults: $25 Children 12 and under/Seniors 65+: $20
