Some analysts say that the interest rates could reach 6% by the end of the year. I don't' believe that they will but they could be in the 5's.

I Almost Quit The Business

I'm not sure how many of you know this but I almost quit the mortgage business 32 months ago. With the birth of my daughter 3 and a half months early at 1 pound 10 ounces I wasnt ready for what was about to happen....
