There appears at first glance to be much news from or about the CBI this morning as well as news of the approved Federal Court Law....also there was quite a bit of activity within Parliament today.

Central Bank suspended currency auction begins remittance system

The governor of the CBI spoke today and explained that the commencement of what he calls the remittance system to deter money laundering and smuggling as well as to prevent funding of terrorist activities....their move comes in compliance with the Central Bank Act to further stabilize the IQD against foreign currency.....cash sales will continue but all auction will cease....they warn banks against complacency....in other words know who you are trading with.....know your customers.

Experts: Central Bank Faces The Problem Of The Shortage Of Foreign Currency And Claiming To Reassure Customers BAGHDAD / Ghazanfar Laibi - Amer supporter

Experts in economic affairs said that Iraqi banks began to suffer a shortage of liquidity in foreign currency (dollar), while the expected rise in the dollar's exchange rate against the devaluation of the dinar as a result of stopping the auction currency, grumbling banking customers of non-receipt of money deposited by the dollar, stressing that handed over the money Dinars expose them to significant losses.

The expert in economic affairs Ahmed Fahmy in an interview for the "long" "The decision to stop the currency auction can be exploited in a positive way by the Central Bank and the Iraqi government,"

noting that "the implementation of the resolution correctly is not easy, because we must limit the dollar and not to take it out of the market and thus strengthen the Iraqi dinar. "

Fahmi added by saying that "the central bank's decision can be applied correctly in case of spending pressure and reduce the affidavits and incidentals are not to the dollar significantly."

Minister of Planning and Investment Bui Quang Vinh has suggested a number of solutions to develop private enterprises which should be the most important contributor to the nation's economic growth and stability.

Vinh said in an interview granted to the Vietnam News Agency that one of the most important measures is to build centres for nurturing business innovations.

The ministry is taking drastic measures to carry out this plan.

President Truong Tan Sang has stressed the need to accelerate reforms, renovate growth models and facilitate economic restructuring to increase the competitiveness of the economy, boost rapid and sustainable development, and successfully implement industrialisation and modernisation initiatives.

The State leader made the statement in an interview granted to the Vietnam News Agency on the threshold of the traditional Lunar New Year (Tet).

"We should continue updating and perfecting the socialist-oriented market economy institution and focus on human resources training in order to expeditiously improve the country's position in the world economy," he said.

M is trying to invoke power. Abadi had private meeting with him. Told M to shut the front door. No More. Enough. VP position-kiss it goodbye. M said, OK. Judicial branch working on laws. Punish this man.

Some things overlap, delay, The country stinks like oil. Is like an island. Laid back. Not much to do.

Do this thing says BIS, World Bank, WB,.... are saying to get it done.

JC Collins FEBRUARY 18, 2015 AT 4:27 PM It's all about perspectives brother. The disorganized masses, a self-imposed quality, have always been complaining about a loss of life, liberty, and freedom.

And they do nothing to change it. This has been the case for thousands of years. I get sick and tired of hearing all the "telephone tough guys" talking about how they are going to take their freedoms back.

Why, so you can repeat the same simplistic and predictable patterns as past generations.

You overthrow some perceived external enemy, the antagonist, (and there's always one), to eventually fighting amongst themselves over some other perceived wrong or slight.

The American War for Independence was followed a century later by a civil war.

This process happens all over the world through all times. We are overwhelmed with the problems of the world because we refuse to accept that we are the problem.

We complain about the banking system but people would rise up if that access to capital was taken away. Give us what we want for free is the expectation.

I'm not here to please any one person or demographic. I do this not for publicity or fame, but for the sheer excitement of discovering patterns and putting pieces together.

Time and events will be the measure of how successful I have been. So far the track record is pretty good. Stick around and see what happens.

I haven't heard of Charles Hugh Smith and don't have the time to research him. And I would suggest you reference my other comments on this post which discuss accountability and perceptions. I can suggest reading lists, but we all see what we want to see.

Another eye opening article. I have put up some posts under your last article on the proposition that German will withdraw (along with Holland, Austria, France, Belgium) from the EU.

The EU will remain with the PIGS nations and the ESB will be put in charge of its control. Eurobonds/SDR bonds will be used to deal with dealing with the fallout.

The Euro will remain in the SDR, but the Deutsche Mark (which has been prepared by the Bundesbank as a plan B since 2012 in conjunction with their gold repatriation), along with the Yuan will be added to the SDR (or in the case presented in your article above) a Supra-SDR.

The MP said independent Kurdish Mahmoud Othman, said that "amendments included in the new draft oil and gas law is in the framework of the agreement between the Ministry of Oil and the Kurdistan Regional Government, "stressing that" the paragraphs of the new law, allows for the Kurdistan region to export oil in exchange for a financial stake of the federal government. "
