Constituent Opinion Survey

Dear Neighbors,

This past week you should have received my newsletter in the mail. In addition to reviewing the key issues facing our state, there is a short survey attached. Each year my office conducts a constituent opinion survey to allow me to better represent the district in Springfield. You can mail in the survey, or take it online.
