This spectacular culinary event is We Can Ride's premier fundraiser. The evening begins with a social hour for guests to mingle with friends, bid on silent auction items, sample a selection of creatively prepared hors d'oeuvres, and chat with the chefs. Then the evening continues with a multi-course dinner and live auction. The live auction boasts a chance to bid on gourmet food served in your home, vacation packages and one-of-a-kind items.
Executive Chef Jim Malinowski of Edinburgh USA and his team of Chefs from around Minnesota are creating a scrumptious menu that will excite your palate and leave you smiling.
KSTP Anchor, Bill Lunn, will be joining us again as our Master of Ceremonies. Brent Lawrence will also be returning as our auctioneer.
