Danny April 9, 2015 From the Budget & HCL being visibly implemented in stages to Daash being cleared, from the KRG getting its payments to the displaced being issued Qi cards, from the metals charts' patterns to the World financial elites' meeting and travel schedules/conferences, from the 50 dinar notes being recalled to the CBI and ISX spreadsheets being drastically altered, it would appear that we are at a major inflection point right here, right now. What a week its being!

BRICS Leadership Passes To Russia, $100bn Development Bank 'Main Priority'

As Russia assumes the chairmanship of the BRICS business council, the launch of the New Development Bank for its members will begin as an alternative to the US-dominated International Monetary Fund (IMF).
Sergey Katyrin, President of the Russian Chamber of Commerce, took over the chairmanship of a business council of BRICS, an economic association made up of Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa, on Wednesday.
The seventh summit of BRICS will be held in the southern Russian city of Ufa in July.

BRICS $100bn Reserve Currency Pool To Soothe Global Shocks - Medvedev

The creation of the BRICS reserve currencies pool worth $100 billion will allow member states to depend less on negative processes in the world economy and bypass market volatility, said Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
"Along with the launch of the New Development Bank, it is one of the most important initiatives for countries entering into this association.
The agreement establishing a pool of reserve currencies was signed last summer," said Medvedev at a government meeting Thursday.

REDEMPTION FUNDS & HISTORICAL ASSETS RELEASED - NOW COMES THE GCR
IMO The most significant news of this week is ZAP's statements that "the main redemption funds for the Historical Assets (bonds, etc.) ARE RELEASED and the BANKS HAVE USABLE CASH TO PAY OUT NOW."
Irregardless of all of the other puzzle pieces and big-picture issues we have been tracking and following, this is the Granddaddy, Mother Load of all big picture issues related to getting the RV/GCR released to the average folks (you and me).
I do not know who Zap's sources are and how much he's plugged into the closed-door information, but, he has always claimed that the redemption funds and Historical Assets will "soon be released" or "should be released by xxx dates". Now he states that they are actually released and flowing.

This started around Oct. of 2013 and went on into the spring of 2014 then it stopped and then started up again in Oct. of 2014 and then slowed down to a crawl where it currently stands.

Legal Committee sent the draft constitution for the presidency of the Kurdistan Parliament
Legal Committee of the Kurd Parliament has sent a draft of their new constitution to the Speaker of the Kurd Parliament so that it may be brought up on a vote...
there are 11 Articles in the document it appears....the Kurdistan Democratic Party was the only real opposition to the document but they apparently have come around and now stand in agreement as well.....guess they await a vote on it.

It is with heavy hearts that we tell you all that our friend and long time member br_dinars lost his battle for life on Easter Sunday. He fought a brave fight, one to be proud of no doubt but our Lord has called His humble servant home.
We pray for his family, his dear brother Cutter1 and his wife who cared so tenderly for him during his time of need. May God bless you and keep you during this difficult time. May you feel His loving arms around you now and always ! May you find comfort in knowing that Bobby is home now !
