"Seacole Celebrates Service"
In "Thinking Outside the Drum", last month, as a way to promote Seacole's Customer Service values throughout the company, we held our first ever National Customer Service Week (NCSW) celebration. The celebration included numerous Customer Service activities and several side events, and called every one throughout the company to "Think Service" in everything we do. For the whole week, the atmosphere at Seacole was electric and contagious. The air was thick with anticipation, excitement, and fun! Featured Product: ACP 191
ACP 191 is an aqueous high charge density inorganic/organic cationic coagulant blend. The product is designed for use in both industrial and municipal wastewater treatment applications.

AP 720 is a water based medium molecular weight anionic flocculent (polymer) designed for use in a variety of industrial and municipal wastewater treatment applications. AP 720 is especially effective as a coagulant aid. The product increases floc size and density improving sedimentation and sludge dewatering characteristics.

Hugh handles all PWB sales in the Chicago marketplace. He greatly enjoys working closely with his customer base to find the right solutions for their PWB needs. Recently, Hugh has added his knowledge and support to the Seacole Metal Finishing Team and has begun working closely with our team to promote our growth within the Chicago marketplace.
