Scout Executive, Pat Bridges, Announces Retirement after 38 Years of Service
Special Message from Pat

Dear Scouters and Friends,
It is with mixed emotions, I share with you that I will be retiring from the Boy Scouts of America after 38 years of service to this great organization, effective March 1, 2016.
It has been an honor and privilege to be a career Scouter. I am especially proud to have served as your Scout Executive here in the LaSalle Council since just before the turn of the century. Time flies when you are passionate about what you do.   I feel truly blessed to have been surrounded by so many great volunteers and staff through the years! I also feel that together we have accomplished some wonderful things here in the LaSalle Council. Now it is time to turn this position over to the next person, who I am confident together with you, will take the LaSalle Council to the next level.
The entire Staff at LaSalle Council sends Pat and his family best wishes as he embarks on a new chapter. We will miss his positive attitude and presence in the Scouting world and are grateful for his years of service. Good luck! And Enjoy.
