Cerebral Palsy Awareness Presentation
On Monday April 28th there will a presentation on cerebral palsy that fulfills the brotherhood/sisterhood wellness CAP requirement. The presentation will take place from 6-7:30 pm in FSB 0025. The event will feature a Miami University Greek student who has cerebral palsy giving background on the disorder and sharing his life story. This will be followed by a documentary. Join in on the conversation and fulfill a requirement.

Miami LeaderShape 2014 takes place at Camp Joy, Clarksville, OH, from May 18-23.  Transportation is provided from campus to camp and return (participants are not allowed to transport themselves). The participant fee is $150 and financial assistance is available if necessary. This is a great opportunity to get to know fellow student leaders, develop your leadership style, and have a great time.

Upcoming Chapter Events
Starting April 21st, AEPi, ZBT, and AEPhi will be running the Pink Week Philanthropy to raise money in the fight against breast cancer. The week will be filled with events leading up to the Annual Pink Shabbat service.
 
The details for the weekly events are as follows:
  • April 23rd/24th - ManiCURE at Salon Signature (10% of proceeds go toward Sharsheret) 10 - 6pm
  • April 24th - Pink Challah making at Hillel (6pm)
  • April 25th - Silent Auction (items from Apple Tree, 45 East, You're Fired, Alpha House); free Insomnia cookies from noon - 6pm; services from 6 -7pm with $2 dinner to follow

FIJI Fire Safety Program rescheduled
  • Who: FIJI and Oxford Fire Department
  • What: Fire Safety Presentation, CAP requirements include living in Oxford and Wellness pillars 
  • When/Where: Tuesday, April 29th 7-8pm, FSB 0025
