The 6th graders finished up their 150th Anniversary quilting project. A heartfelt thank you to Capri Swanson and Lynne Shutt for coordinating this event and enlisting all these willing volunteers:

The Father, Daughter dance is January 8th

Dust off your dancing shoes and take your daughter shopping for the perfect dress! 

Join us Friday, January 8th from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. in the gym for Prairie's first Father, Daughter dance. Tickets are $20 a piece and can be purchased at the door.

We'll have a DJ, treats, punch and a photographer to capture every moment!

Now taking PTA Exec Board Nominations for next year

Do you know someone who would be great as a PTA board member? Now is your chance to nominate them for next year!  
We also need volunteers for the Nominating Committee. This Committee meets three times to help form the PTA board for the 2016/17 school year. 

If you're interested in joining the nominating committee or would like to nominate someone please email Stephanie Drennon ,  Constance Eddy ,  Kelly Seibert  or  Angie McDermed.

Calling all 2016 Kindergarteners!

Will you have a Kindergartener next Fall? If so, please contact Ellen  or Seretha  in the office to get enrollment started. 

And be sure to let your friends and neighbors with incoming Kindergarteners know to get in touch with us also! 

Mark your calendars for Kindergarten Round-up, Tuesday, April 19th at 6:30 p.m.

And please attend our upcoming Preschool activities, a great way to start getting your student comfortable with Prairie. 

All activities take place Wednesdays from 8:30-9:15 in the Library:
