Penn Benjamin's Peer Counseling

Penn Benjamins is an organization run by students, for students. We offer short-term, confidential peer listening and referrals to any member of the Penn undergraduate community.* Students can feel free to come to Benjamins and talk about anything- we are skilled at listening, reasoning through problems, referring to external resources on and off-campus, and validating problems that we, as college students, face all the time.

A student-led organization for grieving students here at Penn. Actively Moving Forward includes:
1) a peer-led Grief Support Group for Penn students who are coping with the illness or death of a loved one to connect with others "who get it." Meetings will be every 3 weeks.
2) a Service Group open to ALL students to attend service events in memory of loved ones (like the "Give a Spit About Cancer" bone marrow drive that we held a few years ago. Check it out here).
