Question of the week.
How much water should I be drinking?

An easy formula to live by is half your body weight in ounces of water per day. There are always variables such as activity levels, age, health issues, ect. However, as a general rule, you really need at least that much. Quality of water also plays a roll. Keep your body properly hydrated!
A last note on local news. On February 4th, 2016 a Fort Worth community faced a boil warning.  http://goo.gl/eXl9vI Almost two months later they are still draining massive amounts of water and giving less than forward answers as to what is going on http://goo.gl/GkvnZH. These types of activities are certainly flags that you will want to be very active in purifying the water that enters you home. We like to bring this to everyone's attention so that they may know what look for in their area. Your voice matters. Speak up and ask questions.
Thank you to everyone for being active in your health and wellness. It isn't easy to sift through all the information out there. We would like to help. Please feel free to bring us your questions. We would also like to have your tips and healthy tricks such as snacks, recipes, and even exercises.
