Director's Note

Spring has definitely sprung here in our office, and with that comes new projects and plans! As we move into the Spring season, we begin the process of updating our Strategic Plan. We have sought the opinion of clients, community leaders, real estate professionals, our board and staff and are working with Managance, Inc. throughout the month of April and May to draft our new plan. 

In other news, our Parkside CTE house is nearing completion and we cannot wait to show it to you! We will continue to document the build; as well as the precarious move of the house to Tangier Street and we look forward to a beautiful Spring Open House of the property!

As always, we are here to help you. Whether you need assistance in focusing your budget, improving your credit, navigating through the home buying process, taking care of some of those "fixer upper items" or helping you deal with a foreclosure- we are here to help you. Always wanted to start that business that you've been dreaming of? How about own a home in an up-and-coming city? Need an office with your own schedule, own address, and own creative workshop? How about if I told you could have all of that and to top it off, right out of college? 
The City of Salisbury is offering graduates from Salisbury University the opportunity to have $10,000 towards a down payment of a home in Salisbury, Maryland, $5,000 for their own start-up business, and a creative and innovative space to call their office in downtown Salisbury. 
On April 13 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. come to Perdue 156 on SU's campus to hear Mayor Day and other guest speakers offer you this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity! There will be time for a meet-and-greet with speakers in the city, real estate and business sector to answer all of your questions.
