Westminster Memory Care, LLC held their groundbreaking ceremony Wednesday, December 9th on a new senior housing facility with 48 memory care units located at 100 Westminster Court in Dallas, Georgia. The project is developed on a 4-acre site and designed specifically as a memory care facility with all the modern amenities that individuals have become accustomed to in such facilities. It will be a one-story wood frame building with a gross building area of approximately 44,000 square feet, divided into three modules, two of which will be facilities containing 24 units each, and one of which, located centrally, will house the common facilities. All units are private room.
 
Westminster Memory Care will include a grand entrance foyer, screened porches, common living spaces, and a formal dining area featuring a full-service commercial kitchen. The facilities will also include activities room in each wing, a beauty/barber shop, a housekeeping/laundry room and a library, including computer stations, which can also serve as a private dining room.
 
Each unit will be approximately 375 square feet, and will include safety pull alerts and a private handicap bath. Amenities in each unit will include a mini-kitchen, containing sink, cabinets with granite tops and a mini-refrigerator. Special attention will be given to design elements that relate to dementia patients. A courtyard will include a wandering trailing to permit the residents to enjoy the outdoors and get exercise.

Sandy Kaecher
Sandy has been a Paulding Chamber Ambassador serving for more than four years, was Ambassador of the Year for 2013, and is now serving as Ambassador chair. She has diligently participated in the duties of being the eyes, ears and voice for the Paulding Chamber. Sandy volunteers when her time allows her to be away from her busy job with AFLAC. She has been with Aflac for five years and is passionate about helping others and works closely with individuals and businesses helping to expand their health benefits based on individual family needs. Sandy was promoted last year to Special Projects Coordinator and trains new agents out in the field. She was also awarded AFLAC'S Top Associate for new accounts in her region.   Sandy's passion certainly carries through with helping our members with the Paulding Chamber of commerce through her ambassador duties. In addition to Sandy's ambassador duties, she is on the steering committee for Empowering Women of Paulding , a graduate of Leadership Paulding 23,(THE BEST CLASS EVER!!!) a member of Leadership Paulding Alumni , and co-chairs the Paulding Insurance Alliance.
She also volunteers her time and serves on the board of the Family Alliance of Paulding, serves on the advisory council for the Paulding Education Foundation, and helps with Golf 4 Hope to benefit the Bullock Hope House.
Sandy was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area along with her identical twin sister Sally, brothers Charles and Ray. Sandy is very proud of her strong southern roots. Her mother Marianna Randall Wolever was a Georgia girl from Royston, and father John Wolever from Knoxville TN.  
Sandy and her husband Steve make Paulding County their home along with their beagle Buster, and Chicken Maggie May.
  
  
  
Samantha Glass
Samantha Glass, Owner of ALL Print Marketing & Media Solutions, served as a Paulding Chamber of Commerce ambassador for several years prior to being elected to the Board of Directors. A graduate of Leadership Paulding 24, Samantha has demonstrated her dedication to Paulding County and the Paulding Chamber by volunteering in an array of efforts, including founding and chairing the Small Business Alliance as well as founding and chairing the Net After Work networking event in her first year as a board member. In 2015 she chaired and facilitated the Greystone Leads to Business networking event while also serving as the board liaison to the ambassador program.
 
A USPS certified Direct Marketing Specialist and industry expert in printing, direct mail, marketing, and advertising.  Samantha's career has spanned over two decades of managing national print and advertising accounts for a vast array of clients including many top fortune 500 organizations. Samantha is a native Georgian and graduated from Kennesaw State University where she developed her love for marketing and nurtured her passion for print and design. Samantha oversees ALL Print Marketing & Media Solutions along with her husband Donnie and their two Boston Terriers, Chuckie and Lucy.
