Feedback from the field
Q: Can I use different gauges with FanTestic...We have several Retrotec DM-2 and DM32's and some TEC DG-700's?

A: When using FanTestic we recommend using wired connections. FanTestic works with DM32 and DM-2 gauges.   The DM32 can use an Ethernet cable (connection is on the bottom).  E thernet is almost limitless, 325ft. or 100 meters and can be extended multiple times with a hub or booster.   The DM-2 and DM32 can use a USB cable, but the length is limited to 75ft at the max length with a special hub or booster. FanTestic does not work with the DG700 but you can use the TEC blower door with the DM32 and a Speed Control Adapter.
