Its time for our annual PCE Garage Sale 7am - 3pm Friday April 15 and Saturday April 16.

Fence Regulations!! What do I do?

This was a hot topic last year and it's been expected!
As our community ages, so does our property. That fierce wind storm
recently didn't help either. Some residents are quick to stay ahead, and others...well.. not so much. Hey! It's expensive to fix or replace
a fence! I
t's interesting to see the difference of all the residents opinions. Some despise
any vi olation letter and argue it to the hilt, and others think we're not doing our due diligence by keeping the neig
hborhood picture perfect. So, I thought a great way to help end the madness is t
o help outline the regulations for your fence. Easier said than done, so I'm posting a link to the REGULATIONS here. Just go down to page 3 of 9 and you can see the information outlined.
