A national team leader for GE Appliances for almost 40 years, Howard Holloman was recently named a KET American Graduate Champion. Holloman believes the first step in helping others is putting yourself out there, getting involved. Through Louisville's Black Achievers program, Holloman is a role model to young people, helping them with their career aspirations and personal growth.

Encore Louisville offers pro bono consulting to 17 local nonprofits
In its inaugural year, the Encore Louisville Class of 2015 provided guidance to 17 local nonprofit organizations. These Leadership Louisville Center graduates, who are retired or transitioning in their careers, came together to give back to the community.
