Getting to Know You: Raising Your Wellness IQ

Join us for the first lecture in the new "Get Well, Stay Well" series sponsored by Norwalk Hospital and Wilton Library. The program covers making healthy lifestyle choices, nutrition and getting the most out of doctor visits. James Samuel, M.D. will discuss the importance of two-way communication between doctor and patient. Registered dietitian Barbara Schmidt shares her expertise on designing a healthy lifestyle. Moderated by Wilton Library Trustee Saras Nair, M.D., former chairman of the Pathology Department at Norwalk Hospital.  More info & register
WLA/WHS Scholarly Series: America - From the Guns of 
August to the Gathering Storm 1914-1939

M. Bolek Biskupski will kick off the series with "America and the Rebirth of Poland, 1914-1921" by introducing us to the role the US played in the liberation of Poland after 123 years under foreign occupation.
