Lice Checks After Winter Break
Dear Parents,
We have been working very hard all year to keep our school as lice free as possible.
As per a previous email, all students traveling abroad must have a lice check prior to returning to school and then another lice check one week later.
As you are aware, we sent out a post vacation questionnaire and due to the overwhelming response from parents, the school has made arrangements with a professional lice checking company to provide this service in school on Monday, February 1,
at a cost to the parents of $10 per child for both checks.
We appreciate the time constraints on families returning from vacation; therefore we worked hard to make this process as convenient for everyone as possible.
If you are interested in this service, please click here to fill out the questionnaire no later than Tuesday, January 26.
A check made out to Yeshivat Noam for $10 per child should be sent in on the day of the lice check with your child/ren. If you have not already responded to the email please do so immediately so we can make adequate arrangements for all students to be checked in a timely fashion and enter class.
If you are not traveling, and would like your child to have one lice check upon return to school, it can be provided at a cost of $5 per child. Please respond accordingly on the questionnaire and send in the check with your child the morning of the lice check.
The lice checks will start at 8:15 am in the Elementary school gym. Reminder if a child is found to have nits or lice you will be called to pick them up for treatment.
Thank you for your partnership.
Rabbi Chaim Hagler
Principal
