Your regional field application engineer, Jim Miller, was in Chicago yesterday to exhibit some new high speed technology and show how it retrofits into systems you may already own.
What is scalability?
Jim brought along a
G20 to show how it could be configured as a pull-thru solution with
i2 MX adapters. While the i2 MX connectors can be used on their own, Jim demonstrated that the i2 MX connectors can be fitted into a G20 and directly mounted to NI instrument
cards.
Jim also configured the rack with a
G12 featuring a sloped enclosure with an edge card adapter. The G12 uses a tabletop configuration, which provides an easy way of guiding the sloped enclosure into place before engagement.
