Dear FJG Family,
This month I had the opportunity of kicking off our very first morning coffee meeting with six Community Managers; namely, Felicia at Preston Trails, Sharon from Lynnhaven Cove, Stephanie from Southern Pine, Tonia at Independence Square, Tonya at Greenwich Village, and Veronica at Forrest Landing.
After spending a good hour together, I gained wonderful insight on how we can improve the company through a manager's eyes. I truly enjoyed the conversation and look forward to the next meeting sometime during the first week of April. Please keep in mind that every Community Manager will get to participate in our coffee dates throughout 2016. I am excited to meet with the next round of managers.

Splash into Spring
The team at Tanglewood Lake apartments in Elizabeth City "splashed" into spring. Residents had the opportunity to take a one-time plunge in the pool to benefit the SPCA (Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) of Northeastern North Carolina. Brunch and mimosas were provided after the plunge in the clubhouse.

Resident Event of The Month
River Run apartments celebrated St. Patrick's Day in true Luck-of-the-Irish. They kicked off the festivities with a "find the clover" contest. The residents searched within the buildings to find 4 leaf clovers in exchange for prizes. In addition, they spent raffling off door prizes and enjoyed a traditional Irish meal.
