The students discussed education and career options with representatives from 59 colleges, technical schools, the military and skilled trade organizations. The fair also included a panel of business representatives who provided insight on careers within their respective industries, as well as information on the importance of critical workplace behaviors. Many thanks to the following panelists who participated:

Jason Koss, Construction Association of Western PA
Larry Marsh, Universal Forensics
Bob McGowan, Mission Critical Solutions
The fair was sponsored by Somerset Chamber of Commerce Education Committee and the Somerset County Counselors Association.

From SBA.gov
The SBA has modernized the WOSB Federal Contract Program certification process. In this new portal, WOSB business owners will be able to manage their documents, complete application forms online, and receive notices of upcoming deadlines. Note, as self-certification is still permitted while SBA develops new criteria, this modernized site supports those decisions.
