President Samuel C. Tolbert, Jr. and the Executive Cabinet joins the entire NBCA Family in extending our sincere condolence to the Rosier and Banks families in the passing of Sister Elizabeth Rosier. Sister Rosier is the mother of Lady Vanessa Banks, mother-in-law of Dr. Bartholomew Banks, Vice President at Large of NBCA and State President of the Progressive Missionary and Educational Baptist State Convention of Florida. Sis. Rosier was the Directress of the Youth and Children's Convention of the Progressive Missionary and Educational Baptist State Convention of Florida, Inc.
