Magnetics Sales Engineer Brad Van Fleet presented "Large XF LUX and Block Structures for High Current Applications" at APEC 2016.  He discussed new offerings from Magnetics geared for use in high current inductors and chokes.  This included the expansion of the Magnetics XF LUX product line as well as new capabilities related to the creation of custom block structures.  An overview of inductor designs with these new products were presented to showcase the advantages of each and to provide guidance on applications where they will be useful.  In addition, topics related to inductance calculations and testing for block structures were reviewed.
