Are you Ready to Rock?
In its 12 th  year in Macon, the Coliseum  Rock'n RollMan Triathlon series on October 10 has an event for anyone ten years and older, no matter your fitness level.  If you aren't ready for a half iron man distance triathlon, then maybe you should try the  Coliseum Orthopaedic & Spine Institute's  Rockin' My Mini-Tri.  This event will consist of a 200 yard swim, a nine mile bike ride and will finish with a quick one mile run.   Or maybe you want to party like a rock star (while dressed like one!) at the   Rock Star Run 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run.    I'm ready to rock!

Rockin' My Mini-Tri  distance event offered along with the Coliseum's Rock 'N RollMan Half,  Long Course Duathlon and Sprint distance is a great way to enjoy the beautiful Macon area while racing a more manageable distance.  There will be a  free beginner's triathlon clinic  Saturday, September 26 and Saturday, October 3 at the Sandy Beach Recreation Area in the pavillion from 3 pm to 6 pm.  No registration necessary for clinic.
