ST. CLARE CONNECTION (12-11-15)

Capital Campaign Update
Remember your pledge card this weekend
Our capital campaign continues with another opportunity to turn in your pledge card this weekend!  A special shout out to all of you who joined our parish since 2008 - help us meet our goal of 100 new families participating in this campaign.

Whether you make a 3-year pledge, a one-time gift or something in between, returning your card supports St. Clare's efforts to "dent the debt."  Enjoy end-of-year tax benefits as well for any contributions you make before 2015 comes to a close. Many sincere thanks to all who've already made a pledge!

Our Communal Reconciliation Service will be Thursday, December 17 at 7:00 p.m. We provide a simple worship aid with the "Act of Contrition" prayer for the service so you do not need to worry about the 'how to.'  There will be eight  priests available for individual confessions.

Epiphany Celebration

O Star of Wonder!
An Epiphany Celebration

This year's Epiphany celebration will include performances by all three parish choirs and the liturgical dancers.  The feature of the evening will be a performance of "Amahl and the Night Visitors," written for an NBC broadcast in 1951. The story focuses on family, giving and, most importantly, the gift of the Christ Child.  The evening will conclude with a Blessing of Families by Fr. Jim and a reception in the fellowship hall.  Please join us for this family-centered evening of music and prayer as we celebrate our blessings!
