Open Letter to a new student on their first class.

Dear New Student,

Welcome. Like it or not you are now a part of the Bikram Yoga family. Whether today's class will become something that is laughed about with friends and never attempted again, a daily routine, an occasional pass time or obsession, your experience today will stay with you forever. This means I have ninety minutes, and ninety minutes only to show you a practice I have dedicated a part of my life, my heart and much of my body to. So listen carefully, because this is important, this can change your life in ways you never thought possible.

I know the room is hot, and the poses are difficult. This is not because we are trying to prove something. This is because these specific elements: the postures, the heat, the mirrors, the style of teaching - are the perfectly combined to heal your body, heart and mind.

Happy New Year!

So often we start the new year making resolutions about all the things we'd like to do differently in the upcoming year. Resolutions are great, but you and your wellness shouldn't be one of them.

Taking care of yourself should be something you do on a regular basis, and Bikram yoga is an integral part of your wellness program. It's good for your body, mind, and spirit! Don't make wellness a resolution...  make it your lifestyle.

Have a question about a posture, or wonder if you are doing it right? This is  your opportunity to ask questions about  technique, or to show me your posture and get some great individual feedback. 
 
Last month we covered Awkward Pose & Eagle Pose. This month we'll cover Standing Head to Knee and Standing Bow Pulling Poses. Don't miss it!

The clinic is free to anyone with a monthly auto debit membership or annual membership.
$20 for all others.

Zeb Homison Backbending Workshop

Saturday Feburary 6th
12:00pm - 2:00pm
$25.00 if you register before Jan 31st*
($35.00 after Jan 31st)

An ALL LEVELS workshop that will focus on ways to progress in your backward bends by building strength & flexibility.

Zeb will be teaching the 10am class (regular 90 minute Bikram class) and the workshop will start at noon. You are not required to take the 10am class first, but it is recommended.

*The 90 minute class will come off of your regular Bikram Yoga Exton class card or membership. The back bending workshop is $25.00 (or $35.00 after Jan 31st).



Teri Almquist Seminar

Sunday March 13th

Mark your calendar! Senior teacher, Teri Almquist, will teach a regular 90 minute Bikram class followed by a one hour Q&A session. Come learn from one of the Bikram Yoga masters.


Teri will lead a teachers only seminar on Monday March 14th. If you are a Bikram yoga teacher and are interested in attending, please contact Kristin at
