An Invitation from Dr Kate

At this busy time of Holiday Giving, we hope you'll consider a gift for yourself by joining us at one or more of our wonderful workshops in the coming year.
One in particular is the Women's Salon that continues into 2016.  As you may know, over the past year I opened my home to a small group of women to explore their personal issues in an intimate and safe setting.  Last year's theme was Releasing Shame  and in 2016 we will explore Transgenerational Patterns of Trauma  -- but not just the traumatic patterns that we've inherited.  We will also find specific and useful strengths from our past generations so that we can truly 'Break from the Past' and carry our healing forward. 

So please join us in this first workshop of 2016, January 31st - February 2nd, in Charlottesville, Virginia.  This is a workshop that is either by invitation or application, so please contact me at [email protected],  if you'd like to be accepted.  And see below for more information.

* Time: Friday 10-6 pm; Sat. 10-6 pm; Sunday 9-3 pm.
