Volunteers are needed to spend approximately one hour reading to 1st grade students to help improve their reading skills. This program is ideal for anyone who wants to make a difference in the lives of children and wants to maintain a flexible volunteer schedule.

Beginning October 12 , volunteers are needed from 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. You can volunteer as much or as little as time allows.

Lunch & Training for all Current & Prospective Acolytes
Acolytes assist the priests on Sunday mornings and are a very important part of worship. If your child serves as an acolyte or is interested in learning more about how to serve, please plan to attend the acolyte training on October 18 at 12:15 PM.  The Rev. Shirley Smith Graham is inviting all current and prospective acolytes and would love to get to know you better.  Pizza will be served and then we will spend time training and practicing together. Please join us!
Join us in Worship on Oct. 25 to thank Rebecca
We are happy for our Minister of Christian Formation, Rebecca Guzman, as she accepts a call in Charlotte, NC -- but we are sad to see her go! Please join us in worship on Sunday, October 25 as we honor Rebecca's ministry at Christ Church. After worship at both services, all are invited to create a note of thanks to give to Rebecca as she departs on this next phase in her Journey.
Save the date for the Children's Christmas Pageant
Mark your calendars and plan to join us on Saturday, December 12 at 5:00 PM for our annual Christmas Pageant.
