REQUEST FOR A NON-GLASS PATIO (OUTDOOR) TABLE:

My name is Yosef Weiss, and I am working on an Eagle Project that will benefit the children at Akiba Academy.  I am working on building a "physics garden" with games that will teach the children certain physics concepts.  If anyone has an outdoor table that is not made of glass that they are willing to donate to this project, please contact me at [email protected] or call me at 972-769-7299.  Thank you.
PRESCHOOL SHABBAT 
  • This Friday all Chaverim families are invited to attend the Early Childhood Shabbat hosted by Morah Gail's, Morah Orit's, and Morah Vicky's Nitzanim class. 
  • Preschool Hospitality for moms and dads will be hosted in the Preschool Atrium from 8:30-9:00 a.m. 
  • Please meet your child in Hanna's Room at 9:00 AM.

Don't forget to bring in your cans for our canned food drive and Canukia building this month. Deadline to bring cans is the morning of December 9. We will be coming together to build our Canukia that morning and all parents are invited to join.
 
We are participating with Levine Academy and Torah Day School to each collect as many cans as possible to donate to JFS. Word on the street is that our competitors have already collected hundreds of cans. We know we CAN win, but we need your help!
