Join SBND as we host a private book signing press reception in honor of Sam "The Lasagna Lady." Her book, “Life Through Lasagna Eyes” unveils strategies for healing the hurt imposed on our families, friends and neighbors through gun violence. In light of unprecedented reports of gun violence seizing communities of color, the release of her book,
"Life Through Lasagna Eyes: The Recipes for Life" published by PIAOTT Publishing, is timely.
In addition to interviews and a brief introduction of Sam's new book, those who attend will
enjoy a delicious taste of
Sam's Gourmet Lasagna. Five percent of all book sales will be donated to
Kids Off The Block, Inc., gun intervention program.
