FOUR GREAT GRATITUDE STRATEGIES.
This month, the Wellness Team hopes you take time to: count your blessings, 

perform mental subtraction, savor and say thank you this month!

Get the Wellness Program Incentive(s) In December
Make Sure You Attest!

If you are a current Wellness Participant (receiving $25 in your paycheck each month) and have completed programs in Physical Activity, Nutrition/Weight Management, Stress Management or Tobacco Cessation during 2015, go to HCM - Main Menu - Self Service - Benefits - Wellness Program Participation.

Click on up to two of the areas to receive a $100 incentive in your December paycheck!

There is no need to send in proof of completion. Just hold on to your documentation in the event of an audit.
Get the Wellness Premium Incentive in 2016
Complete three annual wellness activities on or before 11/30:

Biometric Screening (Schedule Here).
(Your window to schedule is closing, we are currently scheduling for the last ten work days in November!)

(You may need to click on the "Future Benefit Year" tab to see your results for 2016.)

When a check mark and date are next to each item, you will know that we have received confirmation of your participation.

Tracker Poll Results
The majority of you are wearing FitBits.  Out of 138 respondents 67, or 49% of you, use the Fitbit to help you stay active.

20% of respondents are not using a tracker at all.
