Good Morning, This thought has been on my mind all week which is why I share it with you. Why is it that:
We want to kick back, grab a snack and watch the game.
We need to get off our duff, get in the game, get some exercise and fresh air.
We want to eat and drink all of the things that taste good.
We need to eat and drink those things that are good for us.
We want to worry and fret about everything we should be doing.
We need to get busy and get that job done.
We want to complain about the need for others to take responsibility for their actions
We need to take responsibility for our own actions.
We want to feel good about what we are saying and what others will think.
We need to focus our efforts on actually doing good.
We want complain about our government and everything that is wrong with it.
We need to get involved and become an agent for the change we desire.
We want to go out and spend time with our friends and business associates.
We need to spend more time with our families.
We want to get our education and training in areas we think others want us to.
We need to focus it on those things there is a real need and we have a real passion for.
Life needs to be a balance. Too often we focus most of our attention on what feels good at the moment. Just think what could be done if we spent a little more time on what really needs to be done.
