Bouquets of Hope & Chocolates
It's that wonderful Fall season again, and that means it's time to order your beautiful Bouquets of Hope and/or chocolates.

Bring back the tradition of warming up your home with fall colors and decor for your family gathering, starting with the beautiful table-sized  Bouquet of Hope .  Proceeds from the sale of these bouquets go to the SMA Foundation to support the  Jay's Hope Fund.

New this year!  We are proud to partner with the Miss Florida United States Pageant on this project. The contestants will be part of our delivery team.

Who is Jay?...  

The Who is Jay? campaign in May 2015,  was supported by the Jay's Hope Fund. This was a mental health awareness campaign guiding individuals to the website www.whoisjay.org where over 6,000 people were reached with the message of hope and information on resources for them, their friends, and their families.
