We house pickle all of the
jalapeños we use in our hot blonde cocktails? We use 5 cases of jalapeños a week that are about 11 pounds each...meaning we go through
55 pounds of pickled jalapeños per week!

Orleans Chamber of Commerce! We are SO unbelievably grateful for the honor! This award is annually given to the local business that has made the
biggest positive impact on the community so you can understand why we're so happy to have received the honor. We give over
$15,000 per year to local non-profits and say yes to more community events than we can keep track of because
we believe in community and it's wonderful to be honored for something we'd do even if no one ever knew.
