Bring your apron and rolling pin and join Sisterhood members and Religious School families as we roll, fill, and pinch to shape and bake those wonderful Purim treats - hamantaschen! These cookies will be given to Religious School students in class and the remainder will be sold at the Purim Carnival.  Proceeds will go towards Sisterhood's support of Religious School programs. Adult Intensive Purim Study Session and Megillah Reading

Need a better way to spend your lunch hour?  Join Rabbi Magat on the fourth Wednesday of each month for an informal study and discussion session of a selected Torah portion. We will navigate through traditional interpretations and modern applications of our historic teachings.  Bring your lunch and be ready to get a new perspective on Torah. Temple Emanu-El's connection with the Scouting movement remains strong, and once a year, scouts from the Congregation and around the South Bay are invited to attend a Shabbat service and come in uniform.  This Shabbat Service also includes the participation of our 1st grade students.
