Many might think that eating healthy is more expensive than eating unhealthy foods. However, there are several strategies to keep in mind that can make eating fruits and vegetables very affordable.

Quick Tips:
- Review stores' weekly sales ads to see what fruits and vegetables are on sale.
- Buy in bulk and freeze what you can't use before it spoils
- Buy fresh fruits/vegetables in-season (check out Seasonal Eating section below).
