Hello members of the Emma community,
I am excited to be sending you an update with the search prospectus for our new Head of School. The prospectus reflects the input of trustees, administrators, alumnae, faculty and staff, parents, and students. Brainstorming sessions, conversations, and 230 surveys helped us come up with a prospectus that we believe reveals our deep pride in and fondness for Emma.
I invite you all to revel in the description of the current state of the school. From Admissions, to outstanding curricular and co-curricular offerings for the girls, to highly impressive college placement, to the solidity of our finances, Emma occupies a very strong position from which to launch this search.
The prospectus also reveals our hopes and expectations for the future. Please be part of the recruiting team and share the prospectus with friends.

We are off to a great start and believe we are now well prepared for the hard work ahead. I look forward to updating you later in the summer when we have identified our semi-finalist candidates.
