Eris Credit Futures set new volume and open interest records on May 25th with 1,373 contracts traded, resulting in 1,720 in total open interest. This more than doubles the previous daily volume and open interest records.

Eris Credit Futures contracts feature low barriers to entry and are a lower cost alternative to OTC credit index swap markets.

Deep Liquidity in Eris Calendar Rolls

End users typically roll Eris contracts to stay in the most actively quoted contract and maintain a constant underlying tenor. Trading calendar spreads to roll positions eliminates legging risk.

Calendar rolls can be executed electronically or by voice as a single spread, reported via Eris BlockBox.

MX.3 supports business solutions for trading, investment management and treasury. The platform also covers portfolio and risk management and post trade operations including clearing and collateral functions.
