Two West Valley cities were among the fastest growing in the nation in 2015, according to Census Bureau estimates released Thursday.
Goodyear and Buckeye finished 14th and 15th, respectively, with each city growing by 4.3 percent between July 1, 2014, and July 1, 2015,

Bethany Home Road to expand and bring over a thousand new homes to Glendale

Big plans are in the works to expand a major road in Glendale, and bring over a thousand new homes to the area.
It's part of a massive master-plan community project called Stonehaven, which Glendale City Council just approved. This would be the first new neighborhood the city has seen in years, and would add ten subdivisions, parks, and shopping to the area.

ADOT: No construction closures along Valley freeways over Memorial Day weekend

The Arizona Department of Transportation and its contractors will not schedule closures along Valley freeways or other state highways from Friday afternoon through late Monday night, May 30.
Drivers are urged to focus on safe driving, including slowing down and using extra caution in existing work zones across the state.
