Welcome WCAAF Participants and Supporters!

November 13 - 15, 2015 is the big weekend at the Aerial Dance Theater, the home base for the 3rd Annual West Coast Aerial Arts FestivalSeveral developments have arisen since our last e-bulletin to be aware of:
  • Showcase venue: Our showcase venue partner has, unfortunately, given us the late news that they will not be hosting the showcase event this year after all. On the bright side, we have a team of people negotiating alternate venues that may even result in a much better finale than we could have imagined. We will keep you posted on developments as they occur, but rest assured that the show will go on and our stars will shine brighter than ever before!
  • Music: Deadlines are quickly approaching. Please send your music to [email protected] no later than Nov. 7, 2015. Length of the routines are: 3-5 minutes for categories up to 12 years old, and 4-6 minutes for all other age groups.  Music not received in time may result in a scoring penalty, including a 10 point deduction.
