If you are about to finish your residency, don't miss the deadline to apply for the ABPM Qualification and Certification examination.
If you are just starting out, make sure to have your director sign you up for the In-Training examinations slated for November. I found this to be very helpful.

apply NOW to take the Qualification exam given in JUNE and the Certification examination given in OCTOBER. If successful you can be ABPM Board Certified before the end of 2016!
