Ohio River Sweep Volunteers Needed for Schmidt Boat Launch!

The Schmidt Boat Launch location of the Ohio River Sweep 2015 is rescheduled for Saturday, August 22, 2015. The cleanup will begin at 9:00am and complete by noon. Schmidt Boat Launch is located at 2944 Humbert Ave. Cincinnati, OH 45226. Everyone is welcome to volunteer!

Anyone who is interested in volunteering for this event can show up for the event. There is no need to pre-register. Trash bags are provided and each volunteer will get a free t-shirt! The Ohio River Sweep is sponsored by the Ohio River Valley Water Sanitation Commission (ORSANCO) and other state and environmental agencies from Pennsylvania to Illinois. ORSANCO is the water pollution control agency for the Ohio River.
