The Principles of Excellence:
Baldrige 101, 201 Workshops
set for June 23-24
The need to improve your organization's performance has perhaps never been greater. But where does one start?  How do you sustain the improvement over time?

We can help. The Wisconsin Center for Performance Excellence is offering two "foundation" workshops this summer. Introduction to Excellence: Baldrige 101 will introduce organizational leaders and interested individuals to the proven benefits of the Baldrige Framework and Criteria, and a companion workshop, Moving from Interest to Action: Baldrige 201 will explore the Baldrige integrated management system, and guide business leaders and individuals through preparation of an Organizational Profile/Challenger level application.

Baldrige 101 will be held on June 23rd, and Baldrige 201 will be held on June 24th. Workshops will be held the same day in two locations:

Eau Claire:  hosted by Chippewa Valley Technical Collage at the CVTC Business Education Center, facilitated by Dawn Garcia, Principal of Pursuit of Excellence LLC, an independent business consulting agency that specializes in helping general business and healthcare clients advance on the excellence journey. Register here for Baldrige 101 or Baldrige 201, or for both days.

Mequon:  hosted by Concordia University at the Concordia Center for Environmental Stewardship, facilitated by Brett Remington.  Brett is President and true blue rock star at Blue Rock WI, a Waterford, WI-based consulting firm helping people and organizations perform better, faster, through enterprise-based performance improvement methods.  Register here for Baldrige 101 or
Baldrige 201, or for both days.
